Other than the Reporting Officer, there may be other staff members from the organisation that may be selected to assess the Assessee's performance.
The 360 Degree Peer Assessment is optional and may only be conducted, if required by the Reporting Officer.
The Reporting Officer can select staff members ('360 Degree Participants') to do the evaluation. Refer Setting up the 360 Degree Participants for more information.
The 360 Degree Participant's assessment of the Assessee's performance is known as a 360 Degree Peer Assessment.
The 360 Degree Peer Assessment combines all responses from the '360 Degree Participants' to form an average of the Ratings.
'360 Degree Participants' must assess and rate the Assessee's performance against Competencies selected for the review period.
The '360 Degree Peer Assessment' can then be compared to the ratings obtained from the Self Assessment and the Reporting Officer's Assessment upon completion.
