Action Progress Calculation

If the action has no tasks or if the task weightings are not defined, then action progress is as per the 'Percent Complete' set for that particular action.

However, if the action has tasks defined and weightings are given, then action progress is calculated as follows:

Task	Complete	Weightings
Task1	65	25
Task2	50	75

Action 'Percent Complete' = [(65*25) + (50*75)] / 100

If an action has targets defined, then those targets are considered when calculating action progress.

Action Progress Traffic Light Indicator

Action progress traffic light will display the following indication based on the 'Action Progress Threshold' configured within the configuration area.

On track -

Monitor -

Off Track -

Action Progress Traffic Light Indicator will display a blank traffic light in following instances

For Ongoing Actions where the action progress values are not specified in the system by default.
Actions for which Target values have not been set within Action detail area.
Actions that have a status of ‘not started’ AND their action start date has not passed YTD. If actions have a status of ‘Not Started’, and their start date has passed, then it will always show a red traffic light as it is considered ‘off track’.
