Description
E-mail - you can send an email with regards to the relevant record using the email icon adjacent to each record. Emails can be sent to user IDs available in the system or manually added email addresses.
Filter -expands to display a set of filters relevant to each section and allows you to perform a quick search on the items.
New Record – takes the user automatically to a new blank record.
Delete – deletes the current record from the database.
Save – saves the completed record into the database. A record must be saved before proceeding to the next record. Otherwise, the entered data does not get saved in the system. The ‘SAVE’ button is not visible if current user does not have edit permission.
View History – in Actions and Quick Update screens displays a pop-up window showing records as to when certain changes to actions were made. It only displays records within the current reporting period.
Close – closes the current record from the screen.
Spell-check – performs a spell check of the current record.
Edit – enables the current record from the database to be edited.
Log out - closes the login session.
Excel export - allows you to export data into an Excel sheet.
