Service Profile Groupings allows you to group your services into categories. To do this, go to Planning> Service Delivery > Service Profile Grouping.
The mandatory fields are Service Profile Grouping name and Responsible Person. Optional fields are the Description, Output, Goal and Secondary Goal.
You can now select the Service Profile Grouping within the respective Service Profile area by selecting the group dropdown list.
