Service Profiles link the services provided by the organisation to achieve its corporate goals and outcomes. Therefore, the links will be transparent to external stakeholders and to internal staff who deliver the services on the ground. Before defining your services, you must first determine the reporting level.
Go to Planning > Service Delivery to access Service Profiling Grouping & Service Profile.
