Service Profiles link the services provided by the organisation to its corporate goals and outcomes. This section allows you to setup and manage the service plans for your business unit.
This area will display only the service profiles that are allocated to the current business unit.
At the top left hand corner you will see a drop down box displaying your current business unit. If you want to access another business unit you can select it from the drop down box.
Go to Planning > Service Delivery > Service Profiles to access further information regarding Service Profiles of your organisation.
