The Project Listing Report is designed to provide a extracts of all projects with project progress and budget progress information.
Report Filters:

Filter |
Description |
| Date Select | Dropdown allows selection of a specific time period. Defaults to the current reporting period. |
| Parent/ Standalone Projects | Dropdown list of all parent and standalone projects within the system. Allows you to select a parent/ standalone project. “Show All’ is selected by default |
| Child Projects | Dropdown list of all child projects linked to the parent project selected from ‘Parent/Standalone Projects’ dropdown filter. “Show All’ is selected by default |
| Project Owner | Dropdown allows selection of the owner of the project, 'Show All' is selected by default. |
| Project Type | Dropdown allows selection of all project types defined within Settings Configuration > Project Type area. 'Show All' is selected by default. |
| Project Status |
Multi select check-boxes to filter and view projects as per their status. |
| Project Approval Status |
Dropdown allows the selection of project approval status (Approved, Differed, Rejected etc.). ‘Show All’ is selected by default |

Displays the project owner’s name and position defined within Project Details area |
| Start Date | Displays project Start Date defined within Project Details area |
| End Date | Displays project End Date defined within Project Details area) |
| Project Type | Displays Project Type defined within Project Details area |
| Approval Status | Displays the Approval Status of project (Approved, Differed, Rejected etc.) |
| Parent Code | Displays the Project Reference number of the project selected as the parent project (Defined within Project Details area) |
| Open/Closed/Upcoming | Displays the status of the project (open, closed or upcoming) |
| Project Progress | Displays the project performance traffic light image (i.e. On Track/Off Track/Monitor/No Target Set) |
| Budget Progress | Displays the Budget progress traffic light image (i.e. On Track/Off Track/Monitor/No Target Set) |
