This report can be used to highlight the areas in which the project has links to Corporate plans and Departments.

Group Data Using Planning Structure |
This tick box is by default set to organisational hierarchy (check box is unticked) which will enable the you to group/sort the report based on the organisational hierarchy. By ticking the check box, grouping/sorting of the report will be based on the planning hierarchy. |
Date Select |
This will allow you to input the date range. The duration will be on the current financial year by default. |
Project's Directorate |
This dropdown list includes a list of all directorates (by default set to 'Show All'). The projects shown in the report will be based on the selected directorate. The projects directorate will be based on the 'Primary Service Profile' (in project details) until it is linked to an action. |
Business Unit |
This dropdown list includes a list of all business units (by default set to 'Show All'). The projects shown in the report will be based on the selected department. |
Service Profile Grouping |
This dropdown list includes a list of all Service Profile Grouping (by default set to 'Show All'). The projects shown in the report will be based on the selected service profile grouping. |
Service Profile |
This dropdown list includes a list of all Service Profiles (by default set to 'Show All'). The projects shown in the report will be based on the selected service profile. |
Goal |
This dropdown list provides a list of all the goals in the organisation. By default 'show all' option is displayed. When a particular goal is selected, project selection will be based on the goal via the linked strategy. |
Outcome |
This dropdown list provides a list of all the outcomes in the organisation. By default 'show all' option is displayed. When a particular outcome is selected, project selection will be based on the outcome via the linked strategy. |
Strategy |
This dropdown list provides all the strategies listed in the organisation. By default 'show all' option is displayed. When a particular strategy is selected, project selection will be based on the linked strategy. |
Project Category |
This dropdown includes a list of all categories configured in the Setting configuration>IPM Listing screen>Project category list. By default the value is set to 'show all'. |
Project Phase |
This includes two dropdown menus. From the first drop down, you can choose a specific workflow. This could be further narrowed down to a specific phase from the second drop down. By default these two dropdown menus are on 'show all'. |
Action Filters |
This filter will allow you to further refine the projects chosen through the Project grid. Dropdown allows you to choose from a list of corporate plan action filters. All projects linked to the selected action filter will appear in the report. By default the dropdown will be as 'show all'. |
Related Plans |
This filter will allow you to further refine the projects chosen through the Project grid. Dropdown allows you to choose from a list of corporate planning related plans. All projects linked to the selected related plan will appear in the report. By default the dropdown will be as 'show all'. |
Include Cover Page |
By default the cover page is hidden. You can tick this check box if the cover page is required. |
Include Closed Projects |
You can tick this check box to include the reports which are closed in the report. By default this option is unticked. |
Include Action Filters |
You can tick this check box to include the 'linked actions filter' section in the report. If you have selected an action filter from the drop down but has not ticked this option, the action filter will not appear on the report. |
Include Related Plans |
You can tick this option to include 'Linked related plans' in the report. |

Project Description |
Displays the project description (as updated in Project Details) |

Council Resolution Date |
This custom field is configured through System settings>'Include additional dates in reports'. If the 'Value Field' in the system setting screen is empty (by default), this will not be displayed in the report. |
Project Positions |
If you wish to add project positions such as Project owner, Project Sponsor to the report, please go to 'settings configurations'>'system settings'>'include project positions in reports'. If the 'Value Field' in the system setting screen is empty (by default), this will not be displayed in the report. |

Phase Status |
Displays the current phase status |
Project Dates |
Displays the project dates (start & end date and baseline dates). |
Project Status Commentary |
Displays the 'Project Comment' which is included in the project details/quick update |
Additional Comments |
Displays the comments which are activated via 'Include Additional comments' configuration in system settings. If the 'Value Field' in the system setting screen is empty (by default), this will not be displayed in the report. |
Corporate Planning |

Linked Strategy |
Displays strategy number and the title from the 'Project Strategy' object. If a strategy is not linked, this will display a 'No Strategy Linked' message. |
Linked Action |
Displays Action number and the title from the 'Action Linkage' object. If Action is not linked, this will display a 'No Action Linked' message. |
Linked Task |
Displays the Task Name. This will only appear if the project is linked with a task. If the project is not linked to a task, this section will be hidden. |
Linked Account |
Displays the 'Project Budget Implementation' object details. |
Linked Action Filters |
This will only be displayed if the 'Include Action Filters' check box is ticked. |
Linked Related Plans |
This will only be displayed if the 'Include Related Plans' check box is ticked. |
