Self Assessment of Workplace Goals

The objective of self assessment of Workplace Goals is to assess and rate employee performance in achieving workplace goals selected for the review period.

STEP 1: Click the ‘Workplace Goals’ tab and enter Self Assessment of ‘Workplace Goals’.

STEP 2: Select a 'Self Rating' from the drop-down list (with reference to the Rating Legend provided) to complete the Workplace Goals section of Self Assessment.

STEP 3: Click the ‘Save’ icon.

The ‘Task List’ displayed at the bottom of the screen should confirm the completion of the Self Assessment of Workplace Goals. This is shown by the Task List no longer displaying the need to ‘Self Rate’ any of the Workplace Goals, which indicates the completion.
