The objective of Strategies is to assess and rate the Assessee’s performance in the management and implementation of organisational strategies for the review period.
STEP 1: Click the ‘Strategy’ tab from the task bar menu.
STEP 2: Select a 'Self Rating' from the drop-down list (with reference to the Rating Legend provided) to complete the Strategy section of Self Assessment.
An opportunity to supplement that Self Rating with a 'Self Assessment' comment for each organisational Strategy is optional.
Once the Assessee has provided a Self Rating and an Assessment for each organisational strategy, the Self Assessment for Strategy is complete.
The ‘Task List’ displayed at the bottom of the screen should confirm the completion of the Strategy self assessment. The Task List should no longer display the need to ‘Self-Rate’ any of the organisational strategies, indicating completion.
