Self Assessment of Measures

The objective of self assessment of Measures is to assess and rate the performance in influencing the achievement of organisational KPIs and/or scorecards.

STEP 1: Click 'Measures' tab and enter Self Assessment of Measures.

STEP 2: Select a Self Rating from the drop-down list (with reference to the Rating Legend provided) to complete the Measures section of Self Assessment.

A 'Self Assessment' comment may also be provided by the Assessee.

At this stage, any manually entered measures have their Actual figures entered against the Targets established in the Setup phase.

STEP 3: Click 'Save'.

Viewing KPI/Scorecard Charts

System provides the opportunity of viewing the Assessee's performance in achieving the selected KPIs/Scorecards for the review period in a graphical form.

STEP 4: Click the 'View' icon next to the corresponding KPI/Scorecard.

A chart comparing the actual KPI/Scorecard result to the target KPI/Scorecard result is produced.

KPI details coming through from other areas of the CAMMS suite are displayed as follows.

  • These KPIs always display as YTD. For example, if considering a monthly KPI and the assessment is quarterly (e. g. 09/10 Jan-Mar), then the KPI record displays the last value for that quarter (which is March values when considering the example).
  • Similarly, if the assessment was set up for a specific quarter, only values for that quarter are displayed.
