Self Assessment of Actions

The purpose of ‘Actions’ is to assess and rate the Actions undertaken for the review period.

STEP 1: Click the ‘Actions’ tab.

STEP 2: Select a “Self Rating” from the drop-down list (with reference to the Rating Legend provided) to complete the Self Assessment of Actions. An opportunity to supplement that Self Rating with a “Self Assessment” comment is optional.

For Actions added through Individual Planning you can edit progress information during the self-assessment phase.

Appending Existing Progress Reports

There is another alternative to entering a ‘Self Assessment’ comment for the actions. The Assessee has the option of ‘Appending Progress Reports’ drawn from other areas of the CAMMS suite, which automatically provides information relating to the Rating for a particular Action.

The Assessee has the choice between ‘Appending the Latest Progress Reports’ to individual Actions, or ‘Appending all Latest Progress Reports’ to all of the Actions.

STEP 3: Click the icon adjacent to the corresponding Action to ‘Append Latest Progress Report’ to an individual action. This attaches the latest progress report for the Assessee to the ‘Self Assessment’ for the corresponding Action.

STEP 4: To ‘Append All Latest Progress Reports’, click the  icon, located next to the ‘Self Assessment’ title. This attaches all of the latest progress reports for the Assessee to the Self Assessment of all Actions.

Once the Assessee has completed all ‘Self Ratings’ for each Action and has provided a Self Assessment comment or appended latest progress reports, the Self Assessment of Actions is complete. 

STEP 5: Click ‘Save’.
