The Job Satisfaction page is used by HR managers and CEOs to evaluate the overall satisfaction of staff in the workplace.
This is a non-assessable part of the evaluation, however the reporting officer is able to view the results and add comments to the Job Satisfaction page as well.
The Assessee comment is optional, whereas self rating scores are mandatory.
