To complete the assessment, the Assessee and the Reporting Officer must sign off on the evaluation and results. During the Setup and the Self Assessment phases the sign-off tab is not accessible to the Assessee or the Reporting Officer and is only accessible once the assessment is complete.
The sign off area allows you to enter the following:
Key outputs from assessment discussion
Key adjustments to assessment scores
Professional development agreement
Final assessee comments
Sign off Tick boxes
The Assessee and Reporting Officer sign off in the form of a tick box with a warning pop up box message. The Assessee sign off check box is accessible only for the Assessee.
The Reporting Officer sign off check box is accessible only for the Reporting Officer.
