About the Assessment Phase

The Assessment phase is the fourth and final main phase and it cannot begin until the Self Assessment and the 360 Degree Peer Assessment are completed.

The Assessment phase must be completed by the Reporting Officer.

However, the Reporting Officer does not need to complete the Assessment in one session. He/She may save any adjustments and return at a later stage to continue or complete the Assessment.

Identifying the correct Assessment

Assessments that are in the 'Assessment' phase are displayed with a 'Enter Data' button on the right panel of your homepage. This means that the Assessee has submitted their self assessment and the 360 degree peers (if any) have also completed their ratings.

To begin Assessment, click ‘Enter Data’ from the appropriate Assessment which will direct you to the ‘Overview’ page of the Assessment phase.
