Project Statuses

The projects can be differentiated as per 'Open', 'Close' and 'Upcoming'.

When the close project sign off object is approved, then the project is considered 'Closed'.

When the close project sign off object is not approved/not submitted/pending approval,

• If the project start date is greater than the current financial period, then the project is considered 'Upcoming'.

• If the project start date is within the current financial period, then the project is considered 'Open'.

Few Examples:

Example 1:

Current financial period: 1/06/2016 to 30/06/2017

Project start date: 08/08/2017

Close project sign off status: Not Submitted

View date: 30/08/2016

Project status: Upcoming

Example 2:

Current financial period: 1/06/2016 to 30/06/2017

Project start date 15/02/2017

Close project sign off status: Not Submitted

View date: 30/08/2016

Project status: Open

The Current Project status display areas will be updated accordingly:

   • Project executive explorer

   •  Project quick update

   • Project Hub (summary area on top of the screen)

   • Reports
