Field Configuration

Field Configuration tab will allow the requirement administrator to configure the custom fields which appear in the Business Requirement details and requirement register in the Projects area. A range of configurations such as the order of the fields, label name, enable/disable option, visibility of the field and an option to make it mandatory or not can be done through the field configuration tab. Also, configurations to include/exclude items in the requirement register search can be done through this page..

Below table explains the use of icons available on this page to move/sort the custom fields.

Icon

Functionality

Move the selected fields to the top of the list

Move the selected fields one record upwards

Move the selected fields one record downwards

Move the selected fields to the bottom of the list

Once you have selected the custom fields from the "Available Fields" list (Left side panel) using the tick box, you can use this icon to move the fields to the "Selected Fields" list

You can use this icon to remove custom fields from the "Selected Fields" list (Right side panel) after selecting the fields using the tick box.

This icon can delete the custom field from the Selected Fields list.
