This section allows you to create and assign email templates of 'Generic' type to the workflows.
STEP 1: Click on the 'Email Template' icon and click 'New'.
STEP 2: Specify the following details to create an email template.

Select an existing email template from the dropdown. These templates are defined within Administration > Project Settings Configuration > Email Templates. |

STEP 3: Click on the 'Save' button.
Once created, drag and drop the email template to the required position in your workflow.

A Generic type email is sent to the project owner. This can be configured within the"Settings Configuration" area by your Administrator. Generic type emails are triggered when you configure the template and clicked on the relevant phase/object's "Save" icon. |
