This setting would allow to configure the behaviour of quick update hyperlinks. You may choose to disable the hyperlinks in Quick update which would disable title hyperlinks in Actions, tasks, KPIs etc. You can also configure hyperlinks to open the record details page on the same window or a new window/tab.
