Reporting Year Mapping

Reporting Year Mapping enables the Administrator to map the Reporting Year of Assessments to the System Periods in cammsstrategy in order to synchronise data between the two systems. This ensures that the correct Assessment Elements (such as Tasks, Actions, etc.) are extracted from the System Period in cammsstrategy to the assessment.

Map the System Period to the Reporting Year once the rollover is complete.

STEP 1: Go to Administration > Management > Reporting Year Mapping.

STEP 2: Specify the details below.

Reporting Year	Select a Reporting Year	Mandatory
System Period	Select a System Period	Mandatory

STEP 3: Click 'Add' to create the mapping.

In the standalone version of PES, this feature is not available.
