Enabling this setting ensures that only PES Administrators can add/remove elements from assessments.
Once enabled, the ‘Assessment Elements’ column in the Assessment Overview page will be visible/hidden, depending on the user’s security role:
Assessment Elements section will be displayed and will be editable (elements can be added/removed).
Assessment Elements section will NOT be displayed.
Assessment Elements section will NOT be displayed.
Disabled by default.
