Auto Populates Competencies

Once enabled, when a PES Administrator applies an Assessment Template to a specific user or set of users, all Competencies linked to that user’s Classification will be auto-populated within the assessment.

Where there are Competencies added manually to the Assessment Template by the PES Administrator,

In an instance where Assessment Template have more Competencies than those which belong to the specific user’s classification, those additional Competencies will be added to the Assessment even if they are not part of user’s Classification without any duplication.
In an instance where Assessment Template have fewer Competencies than those which belong to the specific user’s classification, missing Competencies will NOT be removed from the Assessment as they are still part of user’s Classification.

This setting will only be available for clients who have enabled 'Competencies'. For more information please contact CAMMS Support.
